1 cucumber, very thinly sliced
½ white, yellow or red onion, thinly sliced or
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar or 1/8 teaspoon Splenda
1/3 teaspoon dried dill or 1 teaspoon fresh


1. Mix cucumbers and onions.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add dressing to the cucumber and onion,
stir, and let chill for 30 minutes or until
ready to serve.
