Depression doesn’t look the same for everybody. But there are some common signs. Talk with your doctor about how you’re feeling and what to do for your well-being.

Pay attention if any of these describe you:

  • Feeling sad, anxious or "empty"
  • Losing interest in favorite activities
  • Overeating or not wanting to eat
  • Having difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much
  • Having thoughts of death or suicide

Lifestyle changes may help. See this article for ideas: Recognize the Signs of Depression and Take Steps to Feel Better
